Thanks for your message. There is no way to tell a rugs' origin on from an Ebay picture. You have to trust the dealer's word. I could only tell you that most but not all Qum all silk rugs have signature on them. Although this is not 100% safe, but still there is a way to inquire about the origin. Keep in mind a pure silk rug made by master weavers of Qum, still command a high price. So, if it is too good to be true, it probably is. Also remember that many rugs coming from China are still good work, they just are not Persian and should be represented as Cino_Persian.
