*Message was: We recently bought a rug that was in a home in Iran for 40 some years. We are told by the seller that the reason that 2/3 of the trim colors are yellow and blue and 1/3 is black and blue is a normal thing with these old rugs and results from changes in dye lots when made. It looks like two rugs of the same design sewn together to me. Has anyone heard of this? How common is it? and does it make it "more authentic" as we have been told? Thanks,
