If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the rug within 15 days of receipt. Simply put it back in the original package and contact us to verify the return address. You will be responsible for the shipping and insurance charges. We will refund you the full purchase price less S&H. Do not send the rug to the return address on the shipping label.
All of our rugs have been professionally cleaned prior to your receipt. Generally, all of our rugs are in excellent condition and free of any damage, stains, or false odor. However, if there is a rare case where there is a slight irregularity or abnormality in one specific rug, we will fully describe the problem and illustrate it to the best of our ability.

We accept Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Money order, Cashier check, Personal Check (Please allows 10 Days for check clearance). In case of credit card purchase we will ship 48 after the transaction. CA State 8.25 % sales tax will be added for CA state resident purchases.

We usually use UPS Ground with tracking number as preferred shipping company , but if you prefer a different company, please contact us. All of our shipments are fully insured.
