Yes. We have a beautiful showroom in city of Beverly Hills California. We have been a wholesaler of Persian rugs and carpets for many years. We distribute rugs and carpets for many local dealers all around the world.

Where were your carpets, rugs and runners made?
All of our carpets, rugs and runners are made in IRAN. We do NOT carry any products from PAKISTAN, INDIA, or CHINA. Our niche market is "Real Persian Rugs."

What shipping company do you use?
We usually use UPS ground delivery. You will receive a tracking number for your rugs and carpets, their fees are very reasonable, and their insurance is good. If you prefer a different shipping company, just send us an email and we will do the rest.

How can I wash my rug at home?
OK, You Want to Wash it Yourself:
These are the steps to wash your rug.
Verifying that the Rug Can be Washed
- If you have a pure silk rug, DO NOT wash it yourself! You will destroy it! Let professional rug dealers do the cleaning. If you have a wool rug that has just a little silk in it, then it should be OK to wash it yourself.
- If you have pure silk rug DO NOT wash it yourself! Let's professional rug dealers do the cleaning!
- You are going to destroy it.
- If you have wool rug that has just a little silk on it then you are OK!
Step Two:
- Vacuum your rug up and down, front and back. Be careful with fringe! If your rug has long fringe, put it under the rug when you are vacuuming the top pile and vice versa. If the fringe gets stuck in the vacuum, DO NOT pull it out by force. Simply turn off the Vacuum Cleaner immediately and remove the fringe one by one.
- Hang your rug vertically and beat it gently with a piece of wood or a broom to remove dust deep in the rug's pile. (Make sure you do this in an open space. It will produce a lot of dust.)

After removing all of the dust and dirt, you should vacuum the rug again. (Step One)

Lay your rug down on a grassy yard or on solid ground, such as the clean concrete of a garage or driveway (but not on a dirt road).

Test your rug for color fastness before you wet your rug. Just apply water and liquid shampoo to a small portion of the rug; Use a soft brush. If you see that the colors begin to run (bleed), STOP! Let a professional rug dealer clean your rug. If there is no color bleeding and the rug looks normal, go to the next step.
Washing the Rug

Use only COLD WATER to wet the top of your rug. If your rug is not deeply soiled, you do not need to soak it with water.

Use "natural soap." If you cannot find any, vegetable shampoo or baby shampoo also works. (Do not use a strong chemical spot remover).

Do not over-soap. Use a soft brush to wash your rug. Rinse and repeat the cold wash with fresh shampoo a couple of times.

Lay your rug flat to dry. When the top pile feels dry, turn it over and let the back dry.

Make sure your rug is completely dry before you use it again.

Do not leave your rug under direct sunlight for more than 2 days. It will fade the rug.

What is KPSI and how can I measure it?
You will need a tape measure. Look at the back of your rug. If it is NOT flat-woven, count the number of knots in one inch and multiply it by itself.
Example: If you count 20 knots in one inch then your KPSI is 400.

How old are your rugs?
We sell rugs of different ages (New, Old, Semi-Antique, Antique). We believe rugs are like wine: the older, the more valuable. We always indicate the approximate age of our rugs.

What is your return policy?
You can return your purchased rugs up to 15 days after receipt of delivery. We believe 15 days is sufficient time for you to get a feeling about your rugs. If you want to send them back, just make sure to contact us first. We will return all of your money minus the shipping cost and handling (3% of the purchase price). Make sure to buy proper insurance based on the value of the rugs.

Do you have Certificates of Authentication for your rugs and carpets?
Always ask for a Certificate of Authentication for your carpet. If you want to sell your carpet in the future, it adds value. We enclose an Authentication document with every rug.

What materials were used in your rugs?
All of our rugs are made of natural wool, silk or cotton. We do not a have any machine-made rugs or carpets.

What do you accept as payment?

Can you tell me how much my rug is worth?
It is extremely difficult to determine the value of your rug based only on your description. Your local rug dealers are the best choice. They usually charge $45-$60 dollars to appraise your rug.
If you do not have access to a dealer, send:
- At least 2 Large Pictures (pictures are necessary because it is impossible to judge by a description of the visage)
- The number of Knots Per Square Inch (KPSI)
- The exact size in inches or centimeters
- The type of materials of your rug (if you know)
- Any additional information, such as the signature of the weaver or where you bought your rug

How can I hang my rugs on the wall?
It is not recommended that you hang your rug! If you want to use the clips that you saw in your local dealer, you are asking for problems. Local dealers do not hang their rugs for a long time. The clips can cause serious damage called a "bite(hole)" in your pile and/or may shift the warp, especially in heavy rugs of 35lbs or more. The following recommendation came from Barry O Conell:
"
The standard for hanging carpets, as I understand it, is to use 3 or 4 inch hook and pile (Velcro is a Brand name but it is all about the same.) The least expensive place to get this is usually camping or mountaineering supply shops. Attach the pile part to a board; fasten that to the wall and sew the hook portion onto the rug.

Do I need a pad for my rug?
Maybe. It depends on your floor covering. If you have marble, wood, ceramic, or slate floors, you will probably need a pad to prevent movement of your rug. However, if you have wall-to-wall synthetic carpets and are planning on placing your rug on top, you probably do not need a pad.
